I have been incredibly impressed by their high touch service. From day 1, communication was professional, prompt and personalized. The team asked a lot of questions so that they could truly understand our brand and vision for our new site.They organized check points along the way to make sure we were loving the direction. At one point, I felt a page was 'heavy' and 'not right'. I couldn't pinpoint exactly what it was, but they deciphered my lingo and within no time had a different visual that felt 'light' and 'right'.They nailed it and delivered a high quality, modern and dynamic site. Best yet, they took the time to teach us how to operate the backend so that we can edit without outsourcing to IT.I am now incredibly proud to direct people to our website! trails.ca

Creating websites is a daunting process; however, the team at Whiteboard Creative Lab Inc. made it straightforward and even enjoyable! I had searched for a creative team for months, and WB offered a proposal that was leading-edge with re: to site usage (at a rate that others were/are charging for outdated designs and site functionality).WB walked us through the entire process and as a result, the communication was fabulous from start to finish.
